1. The software

MusicX8 is free software provided by MTVBG, Bulgaria. It is a modified version of YMusic and is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0. The licence gives you the right to use, study, share and modify it; its source code is available on our source page. Where these terms and the GPL differ about the software itself, the GPL applies.

2. No affiliation

MusicX8 is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube, Google or any music service. YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. Content you play comes directly from those services and belongs to its owners.

3. Using MusicX8 responsibly

You are responsible for how you use the app, including following the terms of the services you access through it and the copyright laws of your country. Saving content for offline use may be restricted where you live; only save content you have the right to keep. Do not use MusicX8 for anything unlawful.

4. Updates

The app may tell you about new versions from this website and update its built-in player scripts so that playback keeps working. App updates are only installed after you confirm them. Every update is listed on the home page.

5. No warranty

MusicX8 is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, as stated in the GPL. Features can stop working at any time if third-party services change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
